Delivery charges vary depending on your suburb. If you would like a quote for an area not covered by our automatic calculator please contact us.


We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at sales@kukafurniture.com.au. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Returns  Policy

Return change of mind

We are confident you will love your Kuka Home purchase, and that’s why we back it with a 7-day money back guarantee for a change of mind. Goods must be unmarked and in brand new condition. A full refund will be issued less delivery and return freight cost.

Returns for change of mind will be paid back with the return of monies or store credit (your choice) once goods have been received by Kuka. Please note our returns limit is $2000 total. Any amount over this limit will be issued via store credit.

Our money back guarantee does not cover custom made or specially ordered items for a change of mind.

All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty against workmanship and manufacturing defects.

Returns damaged items

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect the goods once they arrive and report any damages within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please contact us in the unlikely event your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, so we can take care of any issues.

Kuka Home reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice and over abuse of this policy will not be tolerated.
